This policy explains what information the AlphaNest customer app and AlphaNest POS app collect, how it's used, and how to contact us about it.
Information we collect
- Account details — name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you register or a staff member enrolls you in-store.
- Loyalty activity — points balance, lifetime points, punch card / stamp progress, tier status, and a history of purchases and redemptions associated with your account.
- Payment method display info — if you add a card in the app, we store only the card brand, last 4 digits, and expiry date for display purposes. We do not collect, process, or store full card numbers, and no real charges are processed through this feature.
- Camera access (POS app only) — store staff use the device camera solely to scan a member's QR code at checkout. No photos or video are captured or stored.
What we don't collect
- We do not track your location.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
- We do not sell your personal information.
How your information is used
Your information is used to operate your loyalty account: calculating and redeeming points, showing your purchase history, and letting store staff look up your account by phone number or QR code during checkout.
Sharing with connected systems
AlphaNest may connect this loyalty program to its own business tools (such as a CRM) using an API integration. Only AlphaNest and systems it has authorized can access this data — it is never shared with unrelated third parties.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your account and activity data for as long as your loyalty account is active. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact us using the details below.
Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new effective date.
